Contemplative Nature is a series of experiential programs, from silent nature walks to half-day outdoor retreats, designed to introduce students to the many ways in which the natural world can complement their own contemplative practices--and to gain an appreciation for how cultivating their own practice can help them develop their relationship to, and stewardship of, the living world around them.
Throughout the semester, there are a series of workshops in the Institute Woods on Friday afternoons. This initiative from the Office fo Religious Life complements the mindfulness workshops on campus and the Nature & Mindfulness Frosh Trips.
Fall 2015 Workshops Dates: 1-3pm from the Forbes Lobby
