The Wall Coordinator positions oversee the weekly operation of the OA Climbing Wall. This includes planning trainings, comps and other events, developing protocols and practices, doing work shift assignments, cordinating maintenance and equipment ordering and interviewing potential staff. the expectation is 2-3 hours of work per week, with additional hours anticipated at the start of the fall semester to open the Wall for the year and additional hours in the spring for new staff hiring. Wall Coordinator position(s) are available only to current Wall Staff who have worked at least one year and are certified Climbing Wall Instructors (through AMGA or PCIA).
