The Outdoor Action Leader Training Trip is the capstone activity of OA Leader Training. This 6-day trip allows you to practice and develop your leadership skills in an outdoor setting to prepare you to lead day and multi-day Outdoor Action Trips. Outdoor Action is offering Leader Training Trips in May after final exams for students who have completed all of the on-campus leader training workshops. Participation is free (OA pays for all expenses and provides all equipment). 

Leader Training Trips are offered at the following times:

• Fall Break (some years)
• Wintersession Week 2
• May at the end of final exams
• After graduation in June (some years)
