Rick Curtis was selected by the Northeast Region of the Association for Experiential Education as the Josh Miner Dialag Award receipient for 2024. The recipient presents a dialog discussion at the Northeast Region Conference. 

Rick has served as Director of the Outdoor Action Program at Princeton University for the past 43 years. As director of one of the largest college outdoor orientation programs he has developed many of the practices and protocols used by similar programs across the country. In 2022 he received the AEE Michael Stratton Practitioner Award for his many contributions to the field.
