Outdoor Action offers activities for alumni and their families on Alumni Day in February

With a view toward OA's upcoming 50th Anniversary, the Outdoor Action Alumni Advisory Group was convened in December 2016 to reflect on the value of Outdoor Action and discuss how the program can continue to provide leadership development opportunities for students. After almost two years of work, I am thrilled to announce that the University has  authorized the OA Strategic Planning Committee, a group made up of current students, OA alumni, faculty and administrative staff to:

Understanding the traits and behaviors that make leaders effective is critical for any organization, and applies to students on campus and alumni in the world at large. Join us for a panel that brings together experts on leadership and Outdoor Action alumnae from academics, business, government, the non-profit sector and current OA student leaders to explore what makes leaders effective and how to enhance your own foundations of effective leadership.
