Fresh, sustainable spring produce is coming to campus! The Greening Princeton Farmers' Market will be open on 11 am through 3 pm at the Firestone/Chapel Plaza.
The Market will feature numerous local producers: Come grab lunch or stock up on fresh, delicious groceries for the week! Products featured include artisanal cheeses, pastured meats, organic produce, honey, fresh bread, locally-roasted coffee, and more! The Department of Dining Services will have cooking demonstrations with recipes and free tastings, and look for information tables about University sustainability initiatives.
