Introduction to Rock Climbing Class

Learn to Rock Climb!

Rock Climbing is a sport that works all of you: mind and body. It's a combination of great strength training, a burning core workout, precise gymnastic movement, and a challenging mental exercise to figure out your next move on the Wall.  OA's indoor Climbing Wall is a fantastic place to get started in this sport. 

Our Rocks 101 Class is an introduction to Rock Climbing,which will teach you all of the fundamental skills you'll need to enjoy this dynamic sport. Class material includes how to belay another climber on a rope, balance techniques, weight shifts, different types of handholds, and climbing strategies.

Rocks 101 is open to Princeton Students, Faculty, and Staff.
