Join us for an afternoon of exciting fall adventures: biking to Terhune Orchard and then enjoying the Farm Festival at Terhune before biking back to campus!
It's a short 5 mile bike ride each way to Terhune and a great way to stretch the Orange Bubble and see the neighboring community beyond Campus. Every Saturday in the Fall Terhune Orchards hosts a Farm Festival filled with season activities-- corn maze, hay rides, petting zoo, and music!
In order to rent bikes for your trip, we need to provide the bike rental company with specific sizing measurements on all participants. In addition to your height, we also need your bike inseam size (which is different from your pants inseam). Your bike inseam is the length from the underside of the groin to the bottom side of the ankle. Both measurements are in inches.
A group of bicycle companies, in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the Bicycle Product Suppliers Association (BPSA), is engaged in a safety recall involving quick-release devices which, when improperly adjusted or left open while riding, may potentially come in contact with the front disc brake rotor.
